Galaxy Nexus.- A Californian court of justice has banned the sales of the new Galaxy Nexus smart-phone manufactured by Samsung.

The decision of the court was taken after considering a petition from computing giant Apple that claims a patent infringement against the mobile manufacturer.

This is the second device of Samsug which sales has been banned while the case is resolved after the same court banned the release of Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet in the United States. At the moment, both companies, computing giant Apple and South Korean Samsung, are involved in several cases of patent infringement.

At the same time, Samsung has declared to be extremely disappointed with the decision and that the company will take any possible legal measure against it.
